Bart J. LeFevre

Co-Founder, President and CEO

Bart is a 30 year veteran of the insurance industry. His experience spans a unique and broad spectrum of roles, including underwriting , wholesale/MGA and several leadership positions in the retail brokerage arena – both in Texas and California. In 2008, Bart began the foundation toward building the leading, upstream oil and gas retail brokerage in California. Today, INpower is a testament to the genesis of his vision, and his long-term commitment to industry specialties. As CEO and President of INpower, Bart leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, while maintaining and cultivating a stakeholder culture, centered around his staff and clients. Through his leadership, INpower also maintains strong commitments to its community, by supporting charitable organizations across the country. His dedication to INpower and its community exemplify his message that we are all, IN it Together. Bart has a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis on Insurance from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX. He is the proud father of two grown sons, Taylor and Joshua.

Kristen Kang

Co-Founder, Senior Executive Vice President

For over 20 years, Kristen has developed a deep-rooted passion for client advocacy. Her experience includes property & casualty claims servicing, account management and account executive roles for several regional retail brokerages. Kristen is a Co-Founder of INpower, servicing the needs of key clients, along with overall management duties for the company. Kristen received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She is licensed to transact both property/casualty and life and health business for INpower. Kristen is the proud mother of twin daughters Katherine and Madeline.

Bradway G. Widing

Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Clean Energy

Bradway has over 30 years of experience managing and directing Energy & Clean Energy Insurance programs. Prior to launching INpower’s Clean Energy initiative, he was an Account Executive at several large brokerages, including Marsh & McLennan, Willis Group and Alexander Howden. Bradway specializes in the design of renewable energy insurance programs for developers, owners, and manufacturers of emerging clean technologies by optimizing the risk to their investors and customers. Bradway is a graduate of Boston University and has 4 grown children.

Bobby Pesavento

Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Real Estate | Food & Beverage Divisions

Bobby Pesavento is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of our Real Estate and Food & Beverage Divisions. He is leading these verticals from the firm’s office in Denver, CO.

Bobby is an experienced commercial risk and health solutions consultant who specializes in leading teams and building relationships, alliances, and partnerships across different verticals. He has nearly 15 years of experience as a Producer, Vice President, and Senior Vice President for national and global insurance brokers. Most recently, he served as an SVP for a publicly traded global insurance broker, where he oversaw new business development as well as national and international client retention.

Bobby earned a BS in Communications from the University of Colorado, where he was a two-time Academic Starter at Quarterback position, and a Big XII Champion in 2001. He was a professional football player for six seasons prior to starting his career in insurance. He is the proud father of two daughters, Kennedi and Saylor.

Timothy C. Woodhull

Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions Division

Tim is a Managing Director and Head of the Mergers and Acquisition Division at INpower Global Insurance Services. He leads the M&A practice from the firms’ New York office. Tim has over 35 years in the insurance brokerage business which includes brokerage, carrier and buy side experience. Prior to joining INpower Global, he was a Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and the Managing Partner of Northern Light Holdings, which is a Real Estate Investment Fund investing in distressed real estate nationwide. Tim’s experience includes AIG New York where he held various positions including the National Accounts Regional Manager for New York. Besides his Private Equity and Alternative Asset Manager expertise his risk profile includes Real Estate, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Construction.

Tim is responsible for building and maintaining key global client relationships and ensuring that INpower Global provides all services required of a strategic insurance and risk management partner to Private Equity and Alternative Asset Manager clients. He brings with him in-depth experience in delivering client services and brokerage expertise to middle market and national accounts.

Tim has a B.A. degree from Boston University and has been a frequent speaker at alternative asset manager, construction, and real estate related conferences. The father of three boys, Tim enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid skier, sailor, and fly angler.

Rick A. Collins

Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Communication, Media & Technology

Rick A. Collins is INpower’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Communication, Media & Technology division based in Long Island, New York. Mr. Collins brings more than 30 years of commercial insurance expertise to INpower’s new and existing clients as the firm expands on the East Coast.

Before joining INpower, Mr. Collins served as an SVP for several insurance brokerages in the New York area, including Marsh, Lockton Companies, and Insurance Office of America. His creative solutions for complex challenges and ability to align insurance needs and coverage are immensely valuable for clients.

In addition to his proficiencies in risk management, Mr. Collins is an articulate and persuasive communicator. He has delivered more than 1,000 product seminars and is a regular guest speaker at events for decision-makers and industry professionals.

Benjamin A. Brown

Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Clean Energy-US Offshor Division

Benjamin A. Brown is INpower’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Clean Energy-US Offshore division based in Portland, Maine. Mr. Brown brings more than 11 years of technology and project development experience to INpower from the offshore wind, marine hydro kinetic, aquaculture, and renewable biofuel industries.

Prior to joining INpower, Mr. Brown was a Senior Director of Industry Education in the offshore wind industry, where he developed educational products and services to teach companies, state and federal policy makers, and electricity market operators about the offshore wind industry. He consulted with companies on technology commercialization, supply chain entry, and project development needs; while also consulting with federal agencies and state governments on the impacts of policy and regulation.

Before entering the insurance field, Mr. Brown operated as project development professional who helped start-ups, non-profits, and growing companies in the development of over $100 million in projects. He earned a BA in International Relations from Wheaton College in Norton, MA and an MA in Global Policy as well as a MS in Resource Economics and Policy from the University of Maine in Orono. He is also decorated as an Eagle Scout by the Boy Scouts of America.
