Energy Storage Development Webinar
April 10, 2021 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST
The objective of the Energy Storage Working Group Webinar is
twofold:
- To help educate project developers more quickly by understanding
both risk and legal mannerisms. - To help investors reduce their time
reviewing equity proposals through this risk and legal elementary
process.
While project developers may be familiar with the many parts
comprising an energy storage project package, they are, however, often
unclear as to how both risk and legal apprehension will impact each part.
Meanwhile, investors interested in the returns predicted from energy
storage projects are often hesitant to invest because legal, financial, and
regulatory guidelines have not been clearly defined, detailed, and
explained.
This Webinar of information, therefore, is structured so that
all participants, no matter their background or familiarity with the
subject will be able to:
- understand the risk and legal issues and challenges that exist for energy storage
- benefit from current industry insights
- know where to turn for additional risk and legal wherewithal
